The Alaka'ina Foundation Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Pacific Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to our Government and Department of Defense customers.

This key leadership position is responsible for managing and overseeing various DoD and other Federal projects within assigned areas of operations, ensuring appropriate management controls, planning, directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress and issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing performance of multiple Government contracts and leading operational teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing various DoD and other Federal projects within assigned areas of operations
  • Ensuring appropriate management controls, planning, directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress and issues
  • Leading operational teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborating with executive-level management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Maximizing efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, and the ability to lead a team successfully through proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of Federal and DoD regulations and guidelines, as well as experience managing Federal/DOD contracts and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local safety regulations and on-site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
