Cardiovascular Clinical Program Director

About the Role:
Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Cardiovascular Clinical Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and financial performance strategies to drive program growth and success
- Collaborate with Cardiovascular physician leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Lead human resources planning, medical staff relationships, research, and education initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years progressive experience in management of Cardiovascular programs
