Key Responsibilities:- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through B2B sales, networking, and client outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Attend local events and community functions to promote our event spaces and catering services.
- Create customized event proposals for clients, including menu selections and event logistics.
- Oversee event planning from booking to execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure flawless event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct site tours and tastings for prospective clients to showcase event spaces and offerings.
- Work closely with the Private Events Sales Manager to ensure the successful execution of all events.
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in event planning, hospitality, or food service.
- Ability to generate new leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the food service industry, particularly in high-end dining.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
