Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Resort Front Office Coordinator to join our team at the Residence Inn Waldorf. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating front office activities during overnight hours, including registration, reservations, and report preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate front office activities during overnight hours
  • Register guests and make reservations in accordance with hotel policies
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense summaries
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including public areas and guest rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations or related field required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $50,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.
