HCA Healthcare: A Leader in Patient-Centered Care

">

We are seeking a dedicated RN Coordinator to join our team at Medical City Plano. As a key member of our patient logistics center, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless hospital transfers and admissions.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating direct admissions and hospital transfers to HCA Division hospitals, as well as coordinating ambulance transfers from these facilities to post-acute care providers. Your nursing expertise will be essential in managing all hospital transfers efficiently and effectively, consulting with on-call physicians regarding patient care issues, and advising when necessary.

You will also work collaboratively with HCA facilities to manage internal and external patient movements and bed assignments. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with physicians, nurses, vendors, and fellow employees.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' related clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the ED or Critical Care unit. A graduate of an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. RN License in the states where the HCA facilities for that Division are located is also mandatory.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match, employee stock purchase plan, family support through fertility and family building benefits, and more.
