Position Overview:

The Chief Medical Officer will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer to drive clinical initiatives and quality improvement strategies that align with our organizational goals.

This role entails offering strategic guidance, insights, and support on a variety of clinical, operational, and health policy matters to fulfill our mission and program objectives.

As a vital member of the management team, the Chief Medical Officer will employ innovative problem-solving and leadership skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of a mission-driven organization focused on growth and community impact.

Qualifications:
  • Board-certified Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician (e.g., Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Nevada
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in healthcare settings
  • Experience working with diverse populations is highly valued
