Business Development Representative

iTi is a leading provider of multicultural language solutions for various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, education, government, legal, marketing, and corporations.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with strategically important customers to achieve sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring the assigned customer's needs and expectations are met by the company.
- Act as the primary liaison and solutions consultant between iTi and its potential and existing customers, developing and maintaining quality relationships that enable aggressive growth.
- Identify and lead customers smoothly through the solutions cycle to a successful close, ensuring professional ethics are never compromised and complying with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Achieve new customer acquisition quota in designated industries.
- Meet expectations for profitability goal.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company and customer goals.
- Education: Associate Degree/bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English. Bilingual preferred.
