About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their language projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform
  • Collaborate with production team members to assess project scope, estimate costs and timelines, and initiate project work
  • Anticipate and address potential roadblocks to successful project completion
  • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, adhering to deadlines and budgets
  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal production staff
  • Set and fulfill client expectations
  • Comply with internal regulations, processes, and procedures in line with ISO standards
  • Troubleshoot problem projects and investigate client complaints
  • Discuss issues with clients and production staff, and creatively problem-solve to alleviate issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer service and/or project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success
