Key Responsibilities

  • Process financing transactions, including researching and handling misdirected payments
  • Liaise between customers and billing service centers

  • Request and review insurance certificates for accuracy
  • Process simple equipment finance transactions
  • Provide general office support
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong math proficiency and experience in a financial field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
