Job Summary

BrightPath Kids USA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Child Care Enrollment team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and developing interest in potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve new enrollment programs
  • Update sales processes, materials, and training
  • Develop and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
  • Communicate BrightPath's brand identity and points of differentiation to potential parents
  • Perform positive relationship development

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer support or sales role (preferred but not required)
  • Strong in-person and virtual communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Close attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems (an asset)
