Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atlantic Plywood. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Enter sales orders and manage customer information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping, invoicing, and backorders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical information to provide informed support
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar industry
