Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atlantic Plywood. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
