About the Role:

Citizens is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Part Time to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and assisting with mobile banking and online services.
  • Help customers achieve their financial goals by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to meet quarterly referral goals and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on recommending and referring products and services to customers.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
  • Ability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
