Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service to all customers
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
