Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition care plans
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on their nutritional needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and good public relations through efficient resource use
  • Perform duties in compliance with performance improvement plans, regulatory agencies, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical, counseling, time management, computer, and critical/analytical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, customer service focus, and facilitation of learning
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical nutrition experience in an acute care setting
  • Registration and licensure by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and the Kentucky Board of Licensure and Certification for Dietitians and Nutritionists
