Registered Dietitian Consultant/Amb/UKHC

Job Summary:

The University of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Consultant/Amb/UKHC to join our team. As a key member of our Markey Cancer Center, you will play a critical role in improving outcomes for patients undergoing cancer treatment and for survivors through comprehensive nutritional status assessments and targeted multi-modality nutrition-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, apply, and evaluate nutrition-based assessments and interventions
  • Work with multidisciplinary clinical teams, clinical research bases, and ancillary support services
  • Develop and implement comprehensive nutritional plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian certification
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree and 3 years of experience
  • Experience working in an oncology setting
