Role Overview:
As a Client Support Administrator (Maintenance Planner), you will play a crucial role within our service team, forming a vital foundation for our customers' maintenance planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze booking packages and organize service schedules for new and renewed contracts, encompassing preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance services.
- Create maintenance strategies utilizing standard planning tools and established procedures.
- Adjust maintenance plans as directed by Account Managers to fulfill customer commitments and timelines.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Receive guidance from Client Service Managers.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpreting service contracts and agreements.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software systems.
- Hybrid work model: three days in the office and two days remote, with initial months requiring full-time office presence.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of experience in interpreting service contracts and agreements within the Building Automation or Fire/Security sectors.
