About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Simon Quick Advisors. As a key member of our Client Advisor team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Administration: Populate and process documentation for client onboarding, investments, and other account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Investment Tracking: Track, enter, and reconcile investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting provider, monitoring daily activity reports to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interact with third-party service providers, tax professionals, and other advisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain client confidentiality and assist in identifying potentially fraudulent activity, upholding the highest standards of security and integrity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of working experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in programs including DocuSign, Adobe (PDF) Writer, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Planner, and Word.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
