Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Retention Sales Consultant to join our team at Rusnak Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding client retention and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Retention: Source clients through the AutoAlert System, evaluate potential opportunities, and generate sales leads to facilitate trade-in sales.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales goals, monitor and adjust strategies to achieve personal and company sales objectives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with their vehicle selection, delivery, and post-delivery experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales management, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Sales License: Current California Sales License.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality industries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
