Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Sonic | Munson Restaurants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a QSR environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Basic accounting and computer skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
