Job Overview:

We are seeking a personable and organized Patient Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing patient data, coordinating appointment schedules, handling busy phone lines, and supporting various administrative functions. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input patient demographic and insurance information
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage referrals
  • Handle high volume incoming calls
  • Assist with document scanning and provide support to office personnel
  • Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for patients

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
