Job Summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at the Hollings Cancer Center Infusion Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level.
  • Deliver safe and effective care, interacting with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

The Registered Nurse II will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to patients with a range of oncology needs.
