**Job Summary:**
The Student Services Coordinator/Onsite position at Southeastern College is responsible for providing quality programs and services that facilitate access and foster academic, career, and personal success for all students.
Key Responsibilities:- Placement Assistance and Career Development: Offers placement assistance and career development to students and graduates, including teaching resume writing skills, assisting with job searches, and preparing students for interviews.
- Student Activities Coordination: Coordinates and facilitates student activities, including Student Government Associations and Student Organizations, Graduation ceremonies, and Community and Civic Events.
- Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service to students, handling their requests in a timely manner and communicating with them in a professional manner via telephone, email, or in person.
- Employer Relationships: Develops and maintains employer relationships, providing placement assistance to employers and assisting them with resume referrals and job orders.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records and documentation, including student databases, Graduate and Alumni survey forms, and records on graduates.
- Education: An Associate's degree is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of related experience is required.
The Student Services Coordinator/Onsite position is an onsite position located at the college campus. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may be required to stand or sit for long periods of time.
