Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on eyewear and eye care solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
