We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our reputable team.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and executing quality assurance protocols, diagnosing issues, and ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute quality assurance protocols and procedures to guarantee that all products align with the necessary standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and audits, pinpointing any areas of non-compliance or potential quality challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with project leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders to devise solutions for identified quality challenges.
  • Gather and assess quality control data, recognizing trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent industry standards and regulations, including AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction).
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
  • Engage in project planning and review sessions, contributing insights on quality assurance considerations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm their products meet our quality expectations.
  • Address customer concerns and issues related to quality, implementing corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies, including AISC standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying and resolving quality challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing quality assurance software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
  • Professional certification in quality assurance or a related field would be advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to foresee potential quality challenges before they escalate.
