Quality Control Inspector

As a key member of the Marmon Holdings, Inc. team, the Quality Control Inspector plays a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality parts for the kitchen cabinet industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily and hourly part inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Utilize precision tools such as calipers and gauges to test parts for accuracy and function
  • Quarantine defective parts for further inspection and analysis
  • Document quality control logs and deviation reports
  • Communicate findings to the Foreman and Plant Manager to facilitate adjustments to molds, machines, or operators as needed

Expected Outcomes:

  • Reduce waste and minimize the production of defective parts
  • Minimize customer complaints due to subpar product

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of precision tools and blueprints
  • Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
