Job Summary We are looking to recruit a skilled Pest Control Specialist.We welcome applicants from various hardworking industries, including construction, landscaping, retail, and other customer service-focused fields.
If you possess the right attitude and customer service skills, we will provide the necessary training to ensure your success. You will conduct inspections and perform pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients using high-quality, environmentally responsible products.
You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and professionalism while adhering to a daily service schedule.DETAILS Full-time position
$18 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities
- Enter and exit buildings, crawl spaces, and climb ladders.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to address pest concerns.
- Interpret pesticide labels to accurately mix products based on measured areas and required quantities.
- Document work activities and complete all necessary paperwork post-service.
- Execute residential pest management service routes with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform all duties associated with pest control, including customer consultations, inspections, identifying and eliminating conducive conditions, and executing proper treatments.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and job-related items.
- Address customer inquiries and pest-related issues using integrated pest management strategies.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
