Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Expand store growth by leveraging business partnerships, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.
  • Mentor and develop team members, assisting with employee management and training to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Oversee store performance by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guiding team members through performance analysis and training.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and manage opening and closing procedures, including vault management and cash handling.
  • Supervise account management and recovery efforts while prioritizing customer service to mitigate losses.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Utilize your personal vehicle for business-related tasks, including bank deposits.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
  • Employ strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members at all levels.
  • Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited weekend hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for business use.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Physical demands include remaining stationary, moving freely within the store, and operating mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in leadership roles within sales or customer service.
  • Background in retail, sales, or financial services.
