Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously identify and cultivate prospects using various marketing tools, establishing strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Gather personal financial information from clients, including their status, cash flow, and documentation for our CRM.
  • Utilize a research-driven approach to offer financial advice and strategies through educational meetings and seminars tailored to client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Design and implement customized financial plans that address each client's unique financial needs and life situations.
  • Guide clients in making informed decisions regarding life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated integrity and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Proven networking skills to identify potential new clients.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.
  • Required Licenses: Life, Health, Annuity, Series SIE, Series 6, Series 63; must be able to pass Series 7 and Series 65 within 12 months.
