Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new clients, serving as a trusted advisor for essential financial decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Tailor financial plans for each client, taking into account their professional circumstances, life stages, and evolving financial needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive financial profiles, enabling you to offer sound financial advice based on their unique financial situations, income, goals, and other wealth management factors.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, stay organized, and pursue professional development and educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to establish a solid foundation of customer service for all clients.
  • Basic understanding of financial industry concepts, products, and the role of a financial advisor is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant business or financial management tools is desired.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related analytical field is required.
