Jewelry Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as a Jewelry Account Manager. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing current client accounts, dotcom item setup, and providing exceptional customer service.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is proficient in MS Office, and has experience in account management or sales roles. If you have a strong ability to work under pressure, are self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Responsibilities- Main point of contact for customer assistant buyers
- Prepare & Participate in customer meetings
- Create customer proposals after meetings
- Assisting Merchandiser /PD with new product for trends or customer requests
- Order follow up & customer communication when issues arise
- Respond promptly to customer queries to find solutions
- Present new or additional products to existing customers
- Load new item specs onto customer portals
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Work with company database for to ensure new samples are correct & images uploaded
