Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products.
  • Work with customers to understand the terms and conditions of their loan and ensure a clear understanding.
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, and comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
