Child and Family Therapist

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
About the Role
The Family Support Specialist provides best practice clinical services, ensures documentation completion according to Payer's, state licensing agent's, COA, & HCA standards, and assists with marketing for new referrals. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, colleagues, and other individuals, developing treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, and linking clients and families with specific services and resources. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies, actively recruit new referrals, and provide 24/7 on-call support for clients as per program requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in human services discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc., and 1 year's experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.) preferred OR BA/BS degree with 3 years' experience working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
