We are searching for an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc in Arkansas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing top-tier care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Comprehensive Therapy Services: Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Manage a Range of Conditions: Treat neurological, orthopedic, cardiac rehabilitation, and general debilitation conditions requiring effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Perform Thorough Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient goals and develop treatment plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Track patient progress and document treatment plans clearly and accurately to ensure seamless communication among the multidisciplinary team.
- Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
- Licensure: Current Physical Therapy license is mandatory.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
