Patient Experience Director

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking a Patient Experience Director to join their team. As a key member of the Compass Group USA team, this individual will be responsible for coordinating and directing all patient experience activities within assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and negotiate patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure highest client and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with client, government, corporate, and division policies and procedures.
  • Track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance.
  • Administer client/customer surveys and respond in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and monitor patient satisfaction action plans to meet each account's needs.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years in-service experience in customer service training.
  • Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
