Key Responsibilities
  • Screen uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for federal, state, and/or county medical or disability assistance.
  • Complete and submit applications for patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, communicating effectively with patients, hospital staff, and government agencies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on changing rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in our company systems and hospital systems.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior hospital experience preferred.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
