Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at G-Sida General Services, LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our outdoor areas and ensuring the cleanliness of our indoor facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of grounds maintenance and janitorial staff across multiple locations.
  • Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks, ensuring efficient coverage of all designated areas.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on janitorial best practices, safety protocols, and the proper use of equipment and cleaning chemicals.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all facilities, including during events and peak usage times.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect cleaning quality and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Travel between assigned facility locations to oversee Janitorial/Ground maintenance operations and ensure consistent service across all sites.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for concerns and requests from staff and building occupants.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for landscaping, lawn care, and janitorial services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and address issues.
  • Prepare reports on janitorial activities, staff performance, and maintenance needs as required by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in facilities or janitorial management is preferred.
  • Criminal history background checks and drug testing are mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance as required per contract.
  • A valid driver's license and checking driving records are required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple sites.
  • Ability to work outdoor in various weather conditions.
  • Bilingual, preferably Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
