POSITION:

Flex Production Operator (Operator)


SHIFT:

$24.28 per hour


JOB OVERVIEW:

The Production Operator serves as a key team member responsible for executing manufacturing processes that enhance the quality and value of raw materials, resulting in high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities may vary within the Operator classification, including tasks such as receiving and managing raw materials, applying proprietary processing techniques, and packaging the end products.

Throughout all production phases, a strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, quality assurance, sanitation, and operational efficiency is essential for success.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Basic computer proficiency is necessary.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Age: Must be 18 years or older
  • Comprehension: Ability to read, write, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to logically evaluate and identify the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Safety: Commitment to ensuring personal and co-worker safety at all times.
  • Time Management: Punctuality and reliability in completing tasks by deadlines, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and climbing. Duties may require wearing personal protective equipment and working in varying temperature environments, including cold and hot conditions, for extended periods.

Work schedules may include days, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays, along with periodic overtime.
