Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Assist customers with scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift, supporting customers with questions on recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes.

• Capture customer concerns and properly document calls to create a case, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

• Provide accurate information to customers, close cases, and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance.

• Collaborate with the team to provide clear feedback and growth opportunities, driving continuous improvement.

• Utilize multiple screens, software, and processes to assist customers, ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 6am-5:00pm, with various scheduled shifts within this timeframe.

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and on individual tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support.

• Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking, with the ability to adapt to new software and processes.
