Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing expert guidance on tours and events.
  • Manage the opening and closing of cash registers, ensuring accurate financial transactions.

  • Reconcile daily sales and oversee the operations of the Ticket Office under the supervision of the Ticketing Team Lead.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and ticketing software.
  • Mathematical proficiency for handling transactions and reconciliations.
