Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Technology Modernization team. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the overall strategic vision and integrate a broad range of ideas regarding Technology Modernization Analytics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage initiatives and projects to develop Technology Modernization predictive models, including Strategic Roadmaps, Deployment Trends, and Identifying potential risks/threats.
  • Lead and manage the analytics of different simplification projects, identify areas of improvements, and simplify processes or way-of-work to meet demand.
  • Define, assess, and evaluate alternative solutions to ensure alignment with strategies and target objectives.
  • Ensure that areas of concern on the project are addressed well ahead of time and report to the leadership team.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with agreed Strategic and Operational goals.
  • Align data and solutions to business end-to-end boundaries and build a capable best practice staff of experts in key areas.
  • Review the deployment continuously, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate the strategic contribution and alignment with overall IT and Product strategies and architectures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience, preferably from the Telecommunication industry.
  • 5+ years of telecom networking experience.
  • 10+ years' of experience or 6+ years with Master's in the Wireline/Wireless/Transport Network deployment domain.
  • Worked on various models like Predictive models, Risk Assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing complex automated Business Intelligence solutions using software such as Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau, or Looker.
  • PL/SQL experience.
  • Database Management Systems experience such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or Snowflake.
  • Python development experience.
  • ETL experience.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$94,420 - $125,890 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Salary Range:

Salary Min :94420

Salary Max :145770

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
