Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Dassault Aviation, you will serve as a liaison between the business and solution providers, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless product/service definition, implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.
You will be responsible for eliciting requirements from various departments and proposing solutions that address business needs and opportunities.
Working closely with the Business Architect, you will ensure that implemented products or services align with the company's business needs and overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Project Managers in defining project scope and creating project documents.
- Participate in business context analysis and identify stakeholders impacted by business groups or processes.
- Lead requirements elicitation processes with business representatives and document stakeholder expectations, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Continuously improve the organization by developing business processes as digital workflows.
- Participate in overall testing and qualification phases of projects.
- Work autonomously to support study activities and business case developments by assisting with cost estimation of proposed solutions.
- Responsible for solution validation and ensuring alignment with defined requirements.
- Actively participate in technical feasibility studies, including complex data analysis.
- Provide senior management evaluations and recommendations on considered solutions.
- Collaborate with Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions.
- Actively participate in creation of necessary transformation documents with the Business Process Architect to provide business case validation after implementation.
- Assist in planning and execution of regular gap analysis throughout testing.
- Perform data analysis using SQL on complex data models as needed. May build reports within the reports environment to support project delivery requirements.
- Participate in creation and maintenance of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.
- Share and provide guidance and expertise to other DFJ entities on Business Analysis processes.
Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science, Operational Research, Engineering, Economics, or related field. May substitute equivalent amounts of directly related experience for education. (2 years of directly related experience = 1 year towards degree requirement)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a project-oriented environment as business analyst, project manager, process transformation lead, or subject matter expert.
Knowledge of process modeling and process decomposition using process modeling tools.
Knowledge in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements using standardized methodologies.
Experience with IT transformation projects or lean/continuous improvements initiatives.
Ability to analyze in detail the data and business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Ability to document processes and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Good situational analysis, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
