Job Summary

Nelson Intelligence Solutions is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, AR. As a Geospatial Analyst, you will be responsible for acquiring, processing, managing, analyzing, exploiting, and transforming geospatial feature data. The ideal candidate will have a background in GEOINT data from various sources and experience with GIS software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire, analyze, and evaluate geospatial data to ensure quality, accuracy, and currency.
  • Exploit, extract, format, manipulate, and symbolize geospatial information to support decision-making.
  • Utilize standardized checklists, work instructions, and project configuration documentation to ensure consistent quality of geospatial products.
  • Perform basic database entry and solve routine problems using GIS software, including ERSI's ArcMap 10.x.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with GIS software and geospatial data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in relevant discipline preferred.
