Business Analyst Role

As a Business Analyst at Vaco, you will play a key role in driving the creation and delivery of value-added IT solutions for Finance, Accounting, and Sales. Your responsibilities will include performing data extraction and analysis to assist teams with decision-making processes, developing and implementing policies and standards for systems development life cycle, user administration, and application development, and documenting comprehensive business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the creation and delivery of value-added IT solutions for Finance, Accounting, and Sales.
  • Perform data extraction and analysis to assist teams with decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and standards for systems development life cycle, user administration, and application development.
  • Document comprehensive business requirements, including process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis, and data mapping.
  • Assist with direct support of various operational departments.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify current and future needs for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of business process experience in sales, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience with Stratix ERP.
  • 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role with Salesforce.
  • CCBA or higher certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
  • General understanding of project management principles.
Travel and Availability:

Up to 25% travel is required for this role. You must also be willing to work after hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
