Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of business growth and relationship development
  • Strong industry knowledge and network
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
