Position Overview:
We require candidates to present a detailed project portfolio, showcasing completed projects.
- 7+ years of substantial experience in construction management, specifically in commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors. Experience with ground-up projects is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully completing ground-up construction projects valued between $10M and $50M.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.
- Strong background in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost management, project administration, and contract oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety protocols, workforce management, quality assurance, and project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities, with experience liaising directly with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and tradespeople.
