Position Summary:
A dedicated State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Genuine interest in the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license
