About the Role:

This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide personalized support, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Respond to complex therapy and reimbursement questions from customers, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
  • Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure expertise and excellence

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical support or customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prefer a degree in a relevant field
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented solutions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmacy practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercially insured payer common practices and policies, preferred

Anticipated Hourly Range: $19.55 - $27.65 per hour
