Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Palm Bay, FL and Sebastian, FL. As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the home building process, and growing brand awareness with the local Realtor community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on the home building/buying journey
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers
  • Participate in recurring sales training and collaborate with the local sales team
  • Manage model home and sales office, maintaining a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills, including MS Office Suite
  • A real estate license is not required to start, but it is required to be obtained during training
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
