Customer Service Operations Coordinator

Ferguson is currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Operations Coordinator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our organization by providing exceptional service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our branches on their needs as it relates to their orders placed with our Distribution Centers (DCs), Pipeyards, and Special Order Departments. Key responsibilities include investigating and following up on inquiries to resolve problems and concerns between the branch and DC/Vendors/Carriers/Various Headquarters (HQ) Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within our Customer Service portal to provide accurate and thorough information to our branches
- Answer incoming phone calls and log all interactions in our system
- Complete daily requests as assigned by management
- Respond to branch requests by providing detailed and accurate information
- Work closely with vendors and DC's to track request status
- Cancellation of orders in Trilogie/Highjump and with vendors as needed
- Update ship-to addresses and change ship via as requested
- Re-consign freight with carriers as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service

Compensation:
$15.00 - $22.77 per hour (estimated range)
This role is bonus eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations and may adjust the starting wage based on local or state requirements.
